This March, embark on a journey to discover the capital of Renaissance art and architecture! Florence is home to food festivals, dance fairs, orchestras, and more. Make your Italian dream vacation a reality with these nine amazing ways to explore Florence!
1. TASTE Food Festival
Entice your tastebuds at this delicious food festival! The 15th TASTE event will take place from March 7-9. Taste delicious samples from over 350 vendors, shop for silverware and home goods, and attend food talks.
2. Firenze Dance Festival
March 22, take a dance class at the St. Regis Hotel! Dancers of every skill level are welcome to dance the tango, foxtrot, waltz, and more! In the evening, you can dine at the Terrazza Rossini and enjoy the stunning view of the city skyline.
3. Horseback Riding in Chianti
Through March, experience a ride through the Tuscan Hills on horseback! You’ll be taken to the Chianti hills, about a half-hour drive from the city. You’ll go horseback riding through the countryside and try famous Chianti wines!
4. International Women’s Day Concert
