Dublin, Ireland is one of the most popular places in Europe to travel to. It's no wonder why - it's a hub for music, festivals, and food! The largest city in Ireland offers a lot for visitors to do this winter. Whether you want to dance at a reggae-fest or buy a new fishing rod at an angling show, Dublin has many events to explore this February!
1. Thrive Festival Dublin
Discover Thrive Festival at Dublin’s Convention Center from February 29-March 1. Visitors can munch on healthy food or take a pilates class with a fitness guru. The festival is renowned for its fantastic food options.
2. Ireland Angling Show
February 15-16, stop into the Ireland Angling Show to learn everything you ever wanted to know about fishing! Browse through fishing supplies, or take the kids to a fish touch-pool. The whole family will enjoy this fishing expo.
3. Riverdance 25th Anniversary
Riverdance celebrates its 25th anniversary this year! The show is returning to the Point Theatre, where it first began. February 6-9, check out this awesome Irish dance show.
4. Reggaeton Festival
Some of the biggest names in Reggaeton music will be headlining this popular show! On February 2, join this fiesta that lasts until 3 AM. If your birthday is between January 20-February 11, you can get into the party for free!
5. Speed-Dating Singles Event
If you’re traveling solo on February 13, stop by Zozimus Bar to (maybe) meet your soulmate. Dates rotate every seven minutes in this casual atmosphere. Even if you’re not looking for “the one,” you might find a mate to explore Dublin with!

6. Carnival Dance Festival
The Carnival Dance Festival, from February 7-9, offers three styles of dance - kizomba, salsa, and bachata. Expert teachers will be on hand to lead these energetic classes.
7. Skyline Dusk Tour
You won’t want to miss this gorgeous walk through Dublin at dusk. Select dates in February, hikers will gather at Croke Park Stadium for this 1.5-hour walk. Wind down with a complementary hot drink at the Sideline Bistro after the walk.
8. Dublin International Film Festival
Dublin International Film Festival showcases amazing films from Ireland and around the world. From February 26-March 8, catch one of over 100 films being shown at this year’s fest. Check out DIFF's schedule of exhibitions, workshops, talks, and movie screenings to plan your movie outing.

February 15-16, discover Shurikon! This cool convention offers so much to do. Discover new games and try out VR headsets. Or dress up in cosplay to compete in the photo competition. This year’s Shurikon is held at Technical University Dublin.
