Kenya Barrett is a 30-something-year-old Jamaican-American experienced writer with a passion for all things culture, food, and travel-related. A graduate of Lynn University (BA in Journalism) and California State University, Fullerton (MA in Communications), Kenya has lived on both coasts of the United States for several years before finally settling down in New Haven County, CT. Having owned her passport since the tender age of 5 years old, Kenya has visited numerous countries over the decades, including Jamaica, Aruba, Mexico, Honduras, Cayman Islands, and even Ireland! Her bucket list destinations include Japan, Dubai, Australia, Bali, and many others.
