Take a trip to Dublin in January! No matter where your interests lie, there is something fun to do. Stop by Tradfest, a traditional Irish music festival. Visitors will want to check out the Annual Chamber Music Gathering for an orchestra. Or, you can wind your way through the streets of Dublin and discover all that Ireland has to offer!
January 22-26, come to Tradfest! It’s Ireland’s coolest winter music festival, happening in venues all over Dublin. You’ll get to listen to some of the biggest names in folk, nu-folk, and rock music.
2. Ireland’s Creative Expo Showcase
This amazing expo has everything! Visit hundreds of vendors to discover home products, clothes, jewelry, accessories, and more. The show takes place from January 19-22.
3. New Year’s Gala Concert
There is plenty to do for New Year’s Eve night. But if you’re looking for a fun way to spend the first day of January, head to Ireland’s National Concert Hall. At 3:30 on January 1, the ensemble will perform the first show of the New Year.
4. Jameson Distillery Tour
Through January, tour the Jameson Brewery! This is the perfect way to warm up on a chilly day. You’ll learn the secrets to crafting Irish whiskey, and you can even bottle your own whiskey to bring home!
5. Gatsby's New Year's Eve Speakeasy
This annual speakeasy party is super popular for New Year’s Eve! December 31-January 1, stop by the party in your finest 1920s glam. Toast to the New Year with Prosecco and dance to a live band.
6. Wedding & Honeymoon Show
January 26-27, discover wedding magic at this beautiful show! Guests will meet wedding professionals who specialize in cake decorating, photography, venue-planning, and much more. Find dresses, tuxedos, and everything you need to plan your special day.
7. BeGin the New Year!
Start your new year right with this incredible dinner and gin celebration December 31-January 1. Dress up in the theme of the Golden Age of Hollywood! There will be a craft cocktail reception, four-course gala dinner, and a DJ playing music until late into the New Year.

9. Annual Chamber Music Gathering
This celebrated annual music gathering features the songs of Ireland’s top string players. January 4, take in one of three concerts. This talented string quartet is not to be missed.
10. Holocaust Memorial Day at the Mansion House
January 26, honor the memory of the six million Jewish people killed in the Holocaust. This solemn ceremony takes place at the Round Room at the Mansion House. It includes readings, recollections from survivors, and a candle-lighting service.
