1. August Fiestas
Throughout August, the people of Spain flood the streets to hold parades and worship saints. Attend one of these verbenas on August 2-8 in Rastro, August 9-11 in Lavapies, and August 12-15 in La Latina. Expect food, dancing, and fun!
2. Festival Gigante
August 27-29, dance and sing along at this summer concert event! Tons of musicians flock to Spain for this annual event. Tickets sell out fast, so don't miss your chance to dance along with hundreds of other music fans!
3. Madridkiz Flamenco
August 28-30, try your hand at Flamenco dancing! Six DJs will spin fun party music for you to dance to. Experienced instructors will lead the class, leaving you with amazing dance memories you’ll never forget.
4. La Verbena de la Paloma
It’s a fiesta in Madrid from August 12-15! Join the popular summer street parties that bring the city together. Locals dress in costumes and the streets are decorated with colorful lights. Learn about the culture and honor the Virgin of the Dove with this fiesta.

5. Beer Pong Games
July 31-August 1, play a few rounds of beer pong and get to know the locals! This popular pasttime is a hit at bars around Madrid. Competitions run throughout the summer at various bars around the city.
6. Game of Thrones Exhibit
