Day 1. Welcome to Vienna!
Welcome to Vienna, "The Imperial City" that was once the center of the mighty Habsburg Empire. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your accommodation to get settled, then you can start exploring!
Celebrate your fist night in Vienna with schnitzel, breaded and fried meat (usually veal) that can be as big as a plate. Wash it down with Austrian beer.

Day 3. Vienna - Salzburg
Bid adieu to Vienna as your transferred to Vienna rail station for your approx. 3-hour train to baroque Salzburg, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart! Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Check in, then take a stroll through the picturesque old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.Â
Salzburg is also inseparably linked with The Trapp family and "The Sound of Music." Follow Maria's footsteps and explore the many locations in the city found in the famous film.

Day 5. Salzburg - Innsbruck
Leave Salzburg today for your approx. 2-hour train to the capital of the Alps, Innsbruck! Renowned for its winter sports, Innsbruck hosted the Winter Olympics in 1964 and 1976.Â
Upon arrival, take a gondola ride up Seegrube from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Inn valley and the surrounding mountains!
