Day 1. Welcome to Maine!
Pick up your rental car from the airport and get settled in your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore! Head into town and grab a lobster roll or a delicious bowl of clam chowder in one of Bar Harbor’s many restaurants!
Port Inn Bar Harbor is a hotel that's a part of the Ascend Collection, located just a few minutes walking distance from the historically significant Bar Harbor village and its waterfront. The hotel is simplistic and sleek which makes it ideal for those looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy their vacation out near Bar Harbor.
By staying at this hotel, you'll also be nearby other famous attractions such as the Abbe Museum, the College of the Atlantic, West Street Historic District, and a handful of beautiful parks. Day 2. Bar Harbor
Today is a great day to explore Village Green, the heart of Bar Harbor! A large park in the town’s center, it’s the perfect place to connect with locals and other visitors. This area is filled with tons of restaurants and shopping locations. It is also home to Bar Harbor’s historical Town Clock along with a 17th-century tiered Italian fountain which was restored in 1992 after not operating for 30 years.

Day 3. Bar Harbor
Check out some of the many hiking and biking trails Acadia National Park has to offer! The Gorham Mountain Loop takes you over mountain ledges along the shore of the Atlantic, or if you’re looking for something a little less challenging, the Ocean Path Trail is an easier hike and is great for bird watching. You can also rent a canoe or kayak and get out on the water! Paddle around Jordan Pond or Echo Lake and enjoy the serene, peaceful scenery.

Day 4. Bar Harbor
Spend your last day in Bar Harbor exploring the many shopping centers around town including bookstores and gift shops, guaranteed to have something for everyone! Take the night to relax and enjoy some more of that fresh Maine seafood and try some famous Maine blueberry beer! Brewed with fresh local blueberries, this beverage has a hint of sweet blueberry with each sip you take and offers a crisp finish making it quite the refreshing drink.
