Day 1. Welcome to Barcelona!
Welcome to Barcelona, Spain’s Catalonian Capital! On arrival, you’ll be met by your English-speaking driver and transferred by luxury car to your hotel for the next 3 nights. The remainder of the day is yours at leisure, to begin exploring the city!
Start your Spanish adventure off by heading to Barcelona's famous Magic Fountain, which celebrates the city every evening with a dazzling water show filled with color, music, and water that dances along with the beat.

Today is a great day to explore some of architect Antoni Gaudí's famous works in the city. Spend the afternoon at the whimsical Park Güell, or experience the surreal Casa Milà
In the evening, head to Barcelona's famous beaches for a leisurely stroll & freshly-caught bite!
Barcelona Private Sightseeing Tour
Enjoy a private 2-hour tour of Barcelona, by luxury car with an English-speaking driver! The variety and wealth of Barcelona's heritage provides a number of attractive routes through its various districts, and along the way, you will get to know the most iconic monuments of the city.
As you explore this cosmopolitan Mediterranean city, you’ll visit the facade of the Cathedral, and of course the breathtaking Sagrada Familia - which has been a work in progress for over the last 150 years, and has become Barcelona's most universal symbol.
The tour continues to the Olympic Village, the Columbus monument and then on to the Montjuïc Mountain, where you will be able to see the Olympic Stadium and Sant Jordi Palace.
Day 3. Barcelona
Today you’ll join a guided tour of the Sagrada Familia – a Christian temple and the most famous and spectacular of Gaudí’s works. Unfortunately he died before finishing the work (he is buried here, in the crypt), which continues to this day.
After reveling in awe at the majestic temple, head to Las Ramblas and navigate through the famous tree-lined street. Pass by street performers, flower stalls, and artists peddling their latest wares; reach the bustling Boqueria market and stop in for a bite - the perfect way to spend your last night in the Catalonian capital.
Sagrada Familia Guided AM Tour
The Sagrada Familia is located in the middle of Barcelona and over the years has become one of the city's - and the country's - most universal signs of identity. It is visited by millions of people each year, and many others study its architectural and religious contents.
A guide will take you on a visit of the impressive inside of this church, where the vaults are 225 feet high. Antoni Gaudí designed it in the shape of a Latin cross with five naves, extremely rich in decoration and symbolism. You will also visit the museum on the history of the development of this Basilica.
Day 4. Barcelona - Madrid
After breakfast, make your way to the train station in Barcelona, to pick up the high-speed train to Madrid. A mere 4 hours later, you will be there! Check in to your hotel, and enjoy the remainder of the day and evening at leisure.
Spend your first night in Spain's capital by heading to a local tapas bar and sampling the flavors of España. La Latina is a bustling neighborhood known for its overabundance of tapas bars and cocktail lounges!

In the morning, following your buffet breakfast, you’ll be taken on a 2-hour private tour of Madrid, by luxury car with an English-speaking driver.
After your tour, head to the picturesque Retiro Park until you stumble upon it's most stunning secret: the Palacio de Cristal, a crystal palace housing exotic plant life!
In the evening, head to the city's most vibrant square, Puerta de Sol. The streets will be alive with lights, street performers, and locals heading to their favorite tapas bars for a snack before starting the evening's festivities.

By the end of this tour, you will have gained a complete vision of Madrid. Enjoy a panoramic view of the old part of the city. Day 6. Madrid
Explore on your own today! You may want to pay a visit to Madrid's famous Museum Triangle today, a crossroads where three important art museums await exploration.
Pay a visit to the Prado Museum, home to masterworks of Goya, Velazquez and El Greco; or fans of surrealism can visit the Reina Sofia Art Center, showcasing more than 300 modern works by Dali, Miro, and Picasso among others.

Day 7. Madrid - Lisbon
At the appropriate time, you will be met at your hotel and transferred to the airport for your flight to Lisbon. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Once settled, why not hop on Lisbon's famous Tram 28 and get a glimpse of the city's most vibrant neighborhods, from Baixa to Bairro Alto to Graca.

Day 8. Lisbon
Today you’ll enjoy a half-day city tour of the magnificent city of Lisbon, where you'll discover its history and vibrant traditions.
After your tour, head to the picturesque Alfama neighborhood, Lisbon's oldest district. Hike through its hilly, narrow, cobblestone streets and enjoy tons of quaint shops, cozy cafes, and traditional Fado clubs.
Lisbon City Tour (Morning)
Discover the magnificent city of Lisbon on this guided tour that unveils its history and traditions. Begin by visiting the Belém quarter, where you will find the most beautiful and historical monuments from the 15th and 16th centuries. Make a brief stop at the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Belém Tower (Torre de Belém).
You then visit the church of S. Jerome Monastery (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos) – another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a masterpiece of the “Manueline” style, followed by and the National Coach Museum (Museu Nacional dos Coches), with one of the most important collections of old carriages in the world. Along the river, we arrive at Alfama, an old and traditional district, where we will have the opportunity to walk in its narrow streets and visit a handicraft shop where we'll taste an aperitif of Port wine.
Pass by the downtown (Baixa) to admire Lisbon’s most important squares - such as the monumental Trade Square (Praça do Comércio); Rossio Square, the heart of Lisbon, and the symbolic Restauradores Square. From there, drive along Liberdade Avenue, the “boulevard” of Lisbon, to finish at Marquês de Pombal Square, admiring the statue of the 18th-century Portuguese statesman responsible for Lisbon reconstruction after one of the deadliest earthquakes in history, the 1755 Lisbon Earthquake.
Please note: Jeronimos Monastery & Coach Musem both closed on Monday; tours on this day will be replaced by Palacio da Ajuda.
Day 9. Depart Portugal
At the appropriate time, you’ll be met at your hotel and transferred to the airport in Lisbon, to begin your journey home.
