This tour is designed to give you an introduction to the best of Argentine cuisine and culture. This is a fun and unique experience where you will meet and dine with people from all over the world. The international team of guides are on hand to spoil you and take you through every step of this culinary journey!
Each guest is welcomed with a drink and a slew of tasty bites. Try Patagonian trout tartar served with Torrontes wine. Choose from the gourmet fillings and build your own empanada learning the traditional ‘repulge’ technique for beef as well as cheese and ham fillings. Enjoy a typical Argentinian picada with grilled provoleta cheese, sliced chorizo sausage, mollejas (gizzard) and homemade chimichurri.
Learn the most important Argentinian gestures during a short class. Enjoy what many are claiming to be the very best steak in Argentina, cooked to order and accompanied with velvety mash potatoes and a variety of roasted vegetables marinated with rosemary. These thick cut fillet steaks have a unique 24-hour preparation method that sets apart from the rest. Vegetarian, pescetarian, and celiac options are available on request.
Two distinct Malbec wines from boutique wineries in Mendoza are paired to complement the food. Learn about and enjoy unlimited wine throughout the dinner. White wine is also available on request. Enjoy a cuartirolo cheese tasting with dulce de batata (produced of sweet potato) and dulce de madera (Argentina is the only country in the world where a special kind of wood can be eaten).

Day 4. Buenos Aires
Saddle up because today you have a full-day tour to San Antonio de Areco in the pampas, the lush and fertile lowlands outside of Buenos Aires. Ride horses at an estancia and learn about Argentina's famous gaucho culture.
Farm & Countryside Tour with lunch (9 hours)
Travel to San Antonio de Areco, one of the prettiest towns in the pampas. Upon arrival, enjoy a walking tour of the village including a visit to the historical heart of the city. Afterwards, continue to ‘El Ombu de Areco’ estancia where you can go horseback riding or go for a ride in a sulky. For lunch, enjoy a typical country-style barbecue prepared using only the finest quality meats. Dessert is accompanied by a folklore show, which is followed by a demonstration of gaucho skills.
Day 5. Buenos Aires

At night, experience Buenos Aires' milongas, or traditional tango houses. Get in on the action or just admire the dance from your seat!

During the 1hr 30min trip, admire Buenos Aires from the Rio de la Plata, its northern areas and the channels of the Delta, while enjoying refreshments on board.
After the motor launch trip, a minibus will pick you up and take you to visit Paseo Victorica, the most important neighborhood in Tigre and the Puerto de Frutos. You will soon find yourself in San Isidro where you will visit the town’s historical center and cathedral on foot while having a snack. See the city’s northern areas and the Presidential Residence in Olivos before returning to Buenos Aires.
Tango Milonga Crawl (2.5 hours)
Get ready for a passionate tango to take your breath away! Take a peek into the city's electric nightlife and visit local dance halls (milongas) to mingle with the crowd. Milongas are nothing like the flashy shows for tourists; they are a little more gritty and the better ones don’t get started until around midnight. If you are too intimidated to tango, just sit back, watch and enjoy. Enjoy tango as a social phenomenon and learn about the “codes” and “secrets” and the many styles of tango. It’s a trip to the tango universe from the inside.
Day 6. Buenos Aires
Spend your last day in Buenos Aires at leisure. Head to Buenos Aires Japanese Gardens, one of the largest Japanese gardens outside Japan. This green oasis is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the capital.
Celebrate your last night with dinner and a tango show at the Philippe Starck designed Rojo Tango house.
Dinner and Tango at Rojo Tango
Enjoy dinner and a tango show at the most exclusive venue in town! The tango tradition started at the end of the last century and was developed from a mixture of various rhythms born in the city's less affluent quarters. In the beginning, tango was only danced by men accompanied by flutes, violins, and guitars. The flutes were later replaced by the "bandoneón" (a type of accordion), which gave the tango its distinctive sound. Reflecting the nostalgia and melancholy of mostly European immigrants, the tango birthed great musicians like Astor Piazzolla and Anibal Troilo.
Day 7. Depart Argentina
Your Argentine adventure ends today. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
