This is an escorted tour. It’s perfect if you prefer not to do your own driving and want to see as many sights as you can during your vacation. 


Discover the magic of southern Africa on this adventure-packed journey from Cape Town to Victoria Falls! Spend two weeks exploring national parks, spotting breathtaking wildlife, and becoming immersed in local cultures. Enjoy a perfect blend of guided excursions and independent exploration, with private transportation included!

Start out in the colorful seaside city of Cape Town. Experience Table Mountain, lounge on Camps Bay Beach, or meander through vendors of handmade crafts at Greenmarket Square. If you're feeling adventurous, you may want to consider taking yourself on an excursion down to Cape Point, or out to Stellenbosch & the Winelands.

From Cape Town, you'll take a short flight to Johannesburg. During the same afternoon, you'll dive into the intricate history of South Africa on a bicycle tour through Soweto. See this historical township with your own eyes and learn about the effects of segregation during apartheid. While visiting Johannesburg, you'll also be treated to a traditional dinner and dance experience performed by locals.

Next stop: Kruger National Park! Embark on a thrilling safari drive and keep your eyes peeled for the "Big Five" - lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo! During your time in the Kruger area, you'll also enjoy a walk along the Great Letaba River. Your journey will continue to Morning Sun Nature Reserve, a tranquil paradise of African plains near the Soutpansberg Mountains. 

After, you'll cross the border into Zimbabwe! Visit the Great Zimbabwe National Monument, explore ancient cave paintings, and enjoy an included rhino walk in Matobo National Park. After another wildlife experience in Hwange National Park, your journey will conclude at the one and only Victoria Falls.

Day 1. Welcome to Cape Town!

As you land in colorful Cape Town, peek out the window and spot soaring mountains and brilliantly blue seas! Upon arrival, head to your hotel and check in. Once you get settled, get out and explore the city!

Tonight, you may want to check out the V&A Waterfront, a cobblestone seaside wonderland of dining, shopping, and street performers! From the Waterfront, you'll also enjoy wonderful sunset views over Table Mountain.

Wave goodbye to Cape Town and hop on a short flight to Johannesburg! In the afternoon, you'll embark on a bicycle tour of Soweto. Learn all about the important yet tumultuous history of this area, as well as its role in bringing the issues of segregation to the forefront. 

From Soweto, a private vehicle will transfer you to your accommodation for the night.

Because it is unfenced from its neighbor, Kruger National Park, it's not unusual to see large herds of giraffe, elephants, and buffalo at Letaba Ranch!

After an adventurous day of nature and wildlife, indulge in a scrumptious dinner with your travel companions.

Day 7. Greater Kruger Area - Morning Sun Nature Reserve Area
