With its prime seafront location, you can enjoy water activities like snorkeling, jet skiing, diving, and kayaking. In the evening, take a sunset stroll along the promenade as you enjoy lovely views of the open sea.

Today, explore Malta's capital of Valletta, located just 10.9 miles from Qawra. On an included tour, see the stunning Caravaggio painting in St. John's Co-Cathedral, pass the Grand Master's Palace, and enjoy an audio-visual history of the city.
Later, explore the centuries-old fortresses like Fort St. Angelo and Fort Ricasoli - seen in many Hollywood films!Â
Valletta City Tour (half-day)
Discover the beauty and charm of the fortified city built by the Knights of St. John in 1566 - the capital of Malta, Valletta. The Order of St. John ruled over the islands for 268 years and left a unique cultural legacy of which Valletta is the prime example. Take in the beautiful views over the Grand Harbor from the Upper Barrakka Gardens before heading out to visit St. John's Co-Cathedral. Admire Flemish tapestries, the church museum, Caravaggio masterpieces in the Oratory, and the beautiful marble inlaid floors.
Going down Republic Street, walk past the Grand Master's Palace and the recently restored St. George's Square before enjoying an audio-visual show of Malta's history.
Day 4. Qawra
Today, explore Mdina, Malta's oldest city founded by the Phoenicians 4,000 years ago. Stroll the cobblestone streets inside the walled city where very few cars are permitted. This city is home to just 300 inhabitants!
In Mdina, you will find the baroque St. Paul's Cathedral and the Cathedral museum, two gems of history and art worth exploring.Â
Day 5. Qawra
Enjoy a tour to Malta's sister island, Gozo! Head to Dwejra Bay and swim in the Blue Hole - and underwater chimney - and a lagoon nicknamed the Inland Sea. This tiny slice of heaven is one of the most beautiful places in all of Malta.
Gozo Tour including lunch (full-day)
Take a 20-minute ferry ride to Malta's sister island, Gozo. While both islands are similar in history, Gozo has more hills and has rolling green landscapes in its favor. During this excursion, visit the site where the Azure Window once stood before its collapse at Dwejra. Fans of the wildly popular show, Game of Thrones, will enjoy a tour of the location where the scene of Daenerys and Drogo's wedding was shot in the first season. The area was transformed for the screen by covering the ground in mesh and covering it with sand to create a desert-like environment.
After the stop, you'll also see the citadel in Victoria, the bay of Xlendi, and more. You'll also have free time for shopping - Gozo is renown for its woolen goods and handmade lace.
