    We recommend that you book your flights with us from your home city as this protects you in the event of a flight misconnect. Please type in your departure city in the “Leaving From” field and pick any date on the calendar, we will scan all the airlines to include the best priced flight in your vacation package. You can review and/or change your flight details on the next page. Remember, changes after booking may incur change fees or fare differences.

    You will need your passport handy.

    Each traveler’s name must appear exactly as it does on their passport. Names that are not exact may result in the airport or airline refusing you passage. Changes or corrections after booking may incur fees.

    Most countries require that your passport is valid for at least six months after your last day visiting that country in order for you to enter. Visa requirements vary by destination, check here to see if your destination requires a visa.

    Twin bed or double?

    Most hotels outside of the U.S. offer a choice of either twin beds or a double bed in the rooms.  “Twin beds” means two individual beds designed for one person each and a “Double bed” is a larger bed that can accommodate two people.



    How to get your travel documents.

    Shortly after completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Full payment by credit card is required at time of booking in order for us to issue a confirmation and book flights.

    Five business days after the booking confirmation, you will receive another email explaining how you will be able to retrieve your travel documents. We supply you with a traveler portal where you will be able to access your documents at any time once they are ready. The email will give you instructions for accessing your portal.
