Day 1. Welcome to Edinburgh!

Edinburgh bus station is 500 meters away, and the Edinburgh Airport Shuttle bus stops 150 meters from the hotel. From Edinburgh Airport Shuttle bus-stop follow Waverley Bridge, walk up towards the Scott Monument on your left. Continue over the crossing towards the monument. Day 2. Edinburgh
Ahh, your first full day in Edinburgh. What to do first!?
After breakfast, take a leisurely hike up beautiful Arthur's Peak, one of four hill forts, dating back to approximately 2,000 years ago. Nestled within Holyrood Park, Arthur's Peak boasts interesting volcanic geology, rich cultural heritage, and spectacular views of the city below. Did someone say new profile picture?
When you snap enough - okay, way too many - photos, explore 16th-century Holyrood Palace. The official residence of the British monarch in Scotland is just as historic as it is beautiful!
Treat yourself to a delicious dinner on Princes Street and take in the scenery. Travel through time as you walk from the Old Town into the New Town!
Day 3. Edinburgh
Give Edinburgh the royal wave this morning - head to Edinburgh Castle! This majestic 11th-century fortress looks just like a storybook, as its perched high upon formerly volcanic Castle Rock. Explore this world-famous landmark, which holds the Crown Jewels and the National War Museum of Scotland!
Take a relaxing midday stroll through Princes Street Gardens, then stop for a photo at the Scott Monument. You might want to explore Gothic St. Giles' Cathedral or experience the whimsical Camera Obscura!
Day 4. Edinburgh - Scottish Bed & Breakfast
Today's the day to hit the road and see the rest of beautiful Scotland! Pick up your car, then head for the hills! Literally.
Make a stop in the medieval city of Stirling and visit historic Stirling Castle. Then, venture on to breathtaking Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Embark on an unforgettable hike through the mountains, say hello to friendly wildlife, and feast your eyes on glistening lake landscapes.
Check-in - Scotland B&Bs and Small Hotels
These Scotland B&Bs and Small Hotels give you the chance to stay in some of the most charming independently owned B&B’s and quintessentially Scottish small hotels and inns in some of the most picturesque locations in Scotland – so you feel like you’re staying in a special home away from home. The collection ranges from working farms and former vicarages to Victorian town houses and country homes, and each has been chosen for its character, charm and individuality - and of course for the warm welcome you are sure to receive. Each boasts comfortable accommodations and en-suite facilities, as well as an excellent, traditional breakfast – guaranteed to provide a truly memorable stay. Your voucher entitles you to your choice of Category 1 B&B or hotel. The B&Bs are mostly private homes, which provide breakfast but limited additional services; the small hotels typically provide access to additional food and bar services.
Upon purchase of your B&B vouchers, please visit the following website to determine what your accommodation options are in the area(s) you’ll be visiting, and where you would like to stay: www.circlehotels.co.uk. It is highly recommended that you request your accommodations as far in advance as possible (a minimum 45 days in advance), since the properties are small and availability is limited, especially in high season. Requests MUST be placed through the reservations office of The Circle, by email. If you book directly through the B&B or hotel, your voucher will not be honored, and you will be responsible for paying for your reservation directly to the B&B/Hotel. Is this were to happen, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused vouchers. Please note: these vouchers can be redeemed for B&Bs offered by The Circle in England and Wales, as well.
When planning your itinerary, remember that B&Bs are generally not located in major city centers so you will want to expand your search to outside of the city proper. Please be advised that due to the size of the properties, if you are travelling in a group or with another reservation, The Circle might not be able to accommodate you at the same property and may require members of your group to stay in multiple properties or be flexible to an alternative property, which could accommodate your group.

Day 5. Scottish Bed & Breakfast
Rejuvenate with an energizing breakfast, chat with your local hosts, and then be on your merry way. Today, head up to Loch Ness - yes, the Loch Ness - home of the legendary Loch Ness Monster! Consider taking a boat tour atop these mysterious waters, check out Urquhart Castle, or simply enjoy the magical views.Â
Then, head west to the postcard-worthy Isle of Skye or drive through jaw-dropping Glenfinnan and gawk at the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct (yes, that is the set of the Hogwarts Express train from Harry Potter)!
B&Bs are a great way to immerse yourself in local culture. Your warm hosts will be there to provide tips and directions, share stories, and offer their expert advice! Spend the day at ease, knowing that each night you'll return to a friendly, homey accommodation.
Day 6. Scottish Bed & Breakfast
Mosey on down to the artsy, vibrant city of Glasgow today. Admire its famous Victorian and art nouveau architecture and explore the landmarks of this cultural hub. You might want to check out the Kelvingrove Park and Art Gallery, Glasgow Cathedral, the University of Glasgow, the Burrell Collection, George Square, and The Barras Market. Glasgow is known for its food and music, so treat yourself to a delicious meal and find a live band!
Day 7. Depart Scotland
Say goodbye to your hosts, squeeze all your souvenirs into your luggage, and make your way to the airport. Spend your relaxing flight home dreaming about your next adventure.Â
