Your next stop will be the storybook-like Santa Claus Village, located on the Arctic Circle. Here you'll have lunch, then can visit Santa's post office and enjoy the magic atmosphere of the village as you spend some free time exploring on your own.
The pace then quickens with a 1.5 mile husky safari, where you'll travel on a sled led by a professional musher. And then this evening, you'll set out on an Aurora hunting excursion in the Ounasvaara area, to hopefully view the spectacular Northern Lights!

Day 3. Rovaniemi
Spend the day with the animals of the Arctic! You'll visit Ranua Wildlife Zoo Park, which specializes in Arctic species, and on your guide tour will get a close-up look at a wide variety of Arctic wildlife within their natural, spacious forest enclosures.
After enjoying a delicious buffet lunch at Ranua you'll return to Rovaniemi. where you have the rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure!
Today you will visit Ranua Wildlife Zoo Park, the northernmost zoo in the world! On your guided tour you'll get a close-up look at a wide variety of native Arctic species within a natural, spacious forest enclosure environment. You'll enjoy a full lunch buffet at Ranua before returning to Rovaniemi, where you have the rest of the day to explore at leisure!
Day 4. Rovaniemi - Glass Igloo Village
Enjoy a morning of leisure, exploring Rovaniemi and its surroundings at your own pace. You may want to check out the magnificent Arktikum Museum and learn about the Sami, the original people of Lapland! If you're in the mood for a thrill, consider taking a ride on a snowmobile or embarking on a cruise aboard the legendary icebreaker Sampo! Shop around town, or take a scenic walk along the banks of the sparkling Ounasjoki River.
