Enjoy the highlights of Helsinki on the Helsinki Panorama Tour by bus (1hr45min), through which you will see Senaatintori, the Senate Square, and its magnificent architectural ensemble. Right around the corner near the harbor, you will find the Kauppatori, the picturesque market square, characterized by an abundance of flowers, fruits and busy traders. The Tuomiokirkko (cathedral) is your next stop. It was built in the 19th century and has an impressive copper dome. Concerts are regularly taking place inside. Another church, the Temppeliaukiokirkko, is carved into the rock which cause the excellent acoustics. One of the last sights is the Uspenski Cathedral - the Orthodox Cathedral in neo-Byzantine style rears its mighty mass of red brick in the Katajanokka Island.

Day 6. Rovaniemi - Glass Igloo Village

For those seeking adventure, a snowmobile ride or a trip on the iconic icebreaker Sampo might be just what you need! Stroll through town, or enjoy a scenic walk along the picturesque Ounasjoki River.
In the afternoon, prepare to enter a world of magic. Arrive at a glass igloo village, where your heated igloo offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape right from your bed. Cozy up in your very own glass igloo! Located far away from the light and noise of town, this remote location serves as the ideal spot for watching the magical Northern Lights. Watch the colorful spectacle from the warmth of your comfy bed, or step outside and watch in amazement from the snowy magical field of pine trees. As you're laying in bed, stare up at the mesmerizing starry sky above.
Does the word "igloo" make you worried about the cold? Put those worries to rest. Although it feels like you're sleeping in the open, the interior of these igloos are heated to be just as warm and cozy as a hotel! Sleep soundly, as the Aurora Alarm searches the skies for you. Once the alarm wakes you up, all you need to do is open your eyes and enjoy the spectacular sight from your bed. Make some tea on the kettle, and enjoy amenities such as underfloor heating, hairdryers, refrigerators, and private showers and toilets. To top it off, the beds in the igloo are motorized, so feel free to adjust your position for sleeping or viewing purposes. In the morning, enjoy breakfast and wake up to the wilderness.
