Day 1. Welcome to Munich!
Touch down in Munich: the unofficial capital of Germany's Bavaria district!
Celebrate your first night in Bavaria by popping into a traditional beer hall and sampling the flavors of the region: sip on Bavarian beers and treat yourself to some bratwurst or knodel (dumpling).
Check-in - Hotel Regent
Facing the Munich Main Station is the elegant Hotel Regent, offering free Wi-Fi, beautiful decour, and a lovely stay. Guests can enjoy an daily international breakfast buffet, a cafe-bar offering snacks and drinks, and the use of conference rooms.

Day 2. Munich
Begin using your hop-on/hop-off pass in Munich! Explore the town hall, get lost in the beauty of the imposing Frauenkirche, then grab a bite at the Viktualienmarkt.

Day 3. Munich
Spend the first part of your day exploring Munich's number one attraction: the Residenz. A former royal palace of Bavarian monarchs from 1508 up until WWI, the Residenz is the Versailles of Munich. Spend ample time discovering its many treasures and ornate rococo interiors.
In the evening, spend some time exploring the splendors of the Marienplatz, Munich's most popular square. Grab a bite at one of the many traditional restaurants and beer halls - the perfect way to celebrate your last night in Munich!
Day 4. Munich - Berlin
Arrive in Germany's capital city and make your way to your hotel!
Start your Berlin adventure by taking a walk along the East Side Gallery, the longest remaining part of the Berlin Wall, now also the world's largest open-air art gallery. Pass by the colorful murals, stop to take a selfie or two, then stop for a drink along the river Spree.
For your first night in Berlin, why not celebrate with a pint or two in a local Biergarten? See if you can even order it in German; "Ein Bier, bitte" means one beer, please.
Rail from Munich to Berlin

Day 5. Berlin

This memorial to the Holocaust is comprised of 2,711 concrete blocks are nameless and colorless, allowing each visitor to have their own interpretation and experience with this chilling memorial.
Across the street you'll notice an unpaved parking lot; this lot is actually built above known as Hitler's final resting place.

Day 6. Berlin
Continue using your bus pass today. Hop off at Checkpoint Charlie and get your passport stamped at the former gate of East and West Berlin. Or you can spend some time absorbing the city's rich art and history scene! Hop off at Museum Island, a square where you'll find a cluster of museums. See some of the world's most iconic ancient structures - from the Pergamon Alter to the Ishtar Gate of Babylon - at the Pergamon Museum. Or you can make a stop at the Neues Museum, where you can say hello to Nefertiti's famous bust.
Tonight, why not treat yourself to a panoramic view of the city by ascending to the top of the Fernsehturm, the city's famous TV tower whose silhouette dominates the Berlin skyline - the perfect view to summarize your trip to Germany's capital city.
Day 7. Depart Germany
