Day 1. Welcome to Umbria!
Arrive in the land of pizza, gelato, and fascinating history - Rome! After you retrieve your luggage, head to the rental car area and claim your ride. From there, venture to your castle hotel in Umbria! Take in the breathtaking scenery of central Italy during this beautiful 2-hour drive.Â
Upon arrival at your luxurious Umbrian hotel, unwind with a bottle of Italian sparkling wine. Spend your first evening getting to know the area and treat yourself to a creamy cone of gelato!

During the class, you'll make the pasta dough, shape it, and cook it. You'll then prepare the mouthwatering black truffle sauce and enjoy! Buon appetito!
Day 3. Umbria
Enjoy a lovely breakfast, then consider a scenic drive to Assisi. This old-world hill town in Umbria will transport you back in time, with its cobblestone streets and medieval structures. Be sure to visit the famous Basilica of St. Francis, a spectacular sacred structure filled with 13th-century artwork. Stroll through picturesque piazzas and take photos from Monte Subasio, an alpine peak with stunning views.

Enjoy a wine tasting at the Arnaldo Caprai Winery, an acknowledged leader in the production of top quality Sagrantino di Montefalco. This wine is produced exclusively from grapes of Sagrantino, a variety that has been growing in the Montefalco region for more than 400 years. The vineyard lies amid the Apennines and the towns of Trevi, Assisi, Spello and Montefalco, all famous for olive oil and wine production.

Day 4. Umbria

Day 5. Umbria

Day 6. Umbria - Rome
Enjoy one last morning in Umbria, then make your way to the Eternal City! Enjoy a 2-hour scenic drive, and before you know it, you'll be next to the Colosseum.
