Day 1. Welcome to Reykjavik!
Touch down in Iceland's capital city and board the Flybus Shuttle transfer to your hotel. Enjoy some leisure time to check out Reykjavik on your own before turning in for the night.

Located close to the city of Reykjavik, Hotel Klettur puts you right in the middle of Iceland's most exciting attractions. Day 2. Reykjavik - Blue Lagoon - Reykjanes Peninsula
After breakfast, meet your tour guide, who will give you a guided tour of the highlights of Iceland’s exciting capital before heading out towards the Reykjanes Peninsula and the Blue Lagoon. Continue along the south coast to Hella, and in the evening, enjoy a presentation about the Northern Lights before venturing outside to watch for them.
Check-in - Stracta Hotel Hella
Stracta Hotel Hella is located in south Iceland, within driving distance of Reykjavik city and remote enough to fully enjoy some of Iceland's most wondrous natural phenomena without the worry of light pollution. Take advantage of nearby horseback riding tours, take a trip to the Mt. Eyjafjallajökull volcano, take a day trip to the Westman Islands, or find a spot to soak in the Northern Lights with a travel companion! The hotel prioritizes their guests' needs to ensure a stress-free stay in a welcoming environment. Be sure to visit the hotel's saunas and hot tubs, which can be found in the hotel garden.
After breakfast, a guided tour introduces the highlights of Iceland’s vibrant capital city. The journey then continues to the Reykjanes Peninsula, a region defined by steaming hot springs, rugged mountains, lunar-like landscapes, bird cliffs, lighthouses, and quaint fishing villages. In the afternoon, the day’s adventure includes a visit to the Blue Lagoon, where the healing geothermal waters offer a memorable bathing experience. Travel then proceeds along the south coast to the village of Hella, the base for the next two nights.
In the evening, an in-depth presentation on the Northern Lights is provided. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for viewing the colourful Aurora Borealis, with the chance to seek out this extraordinary natural phenomenon once night falls.
Day 3. South Iceland
Travel along Iceland’s south coast to explore dramatic landscapes near the Eyjafjallajökull Volcano, and along the way see the Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss Waterfalls, as well as the Skogar Folk Museum. End the day with a captivating Northern Lights presentation.
The journey continues along Iceland’s dramatic south coast, passing the active volcano beneath the Eyjafjallajökull glacier. The first stop is the striking Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, a narrow cascade over 200 feet tall that plunges from the mountainside. Next is a visit to the Skógar Folk Museum, home to an impressive collection of farm and domestic artefacts from Iceland’s past, as well as traditional turf-built houses. Nearby, the majestic Skógafoss Waterfall tumbles 200 feet in a breathtaking display. Traveling further south leads to Reynisfjara, a black lava beach famed for its dramatic cliffs and abundant birdlife near the village of Vík.
In the evening, another presentation on the Northern Lights is offered. With clear skies, the aurora may appear in a mesmerising dance of shifting shapes, colours, and patterns. The vast, dark surroundings provide an ideal viewing location, though witnessing this natural wonder depends on patience, warm clothing, and a little luck.
Day 4. Golden Circle - Reykjavik
Begin the day with a visit to see Icelandic horses and a geothermal greenhouse, then journey along the scenic Golden Circle. Return to Reykjavik for your final night in Iceland.

The day begins with an introduction to Icelandic horses, exploring their history and distinctive characteristics, followed by a visit to a geothermal greenhouse. Travel then continues along the Golden Circle, one of Iceland’s most scenic and celebrated routes, rich in history and natural wonders. Highlights include the steaming Geysir geothermal fields, the spectacular double cascade of Gullfoss Waterfall, and Thingvellir National Park, where the dramatic rift valley reveals the meeting point of tectonic plates.
Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Thingvellir is also the site of Iceland’s ancient Viking Parliament, established in 930. The day concludes with a return to Reykjavik for the final night in Iceland.
Day 5. Depart Iceland
After breakfast, you'll catch the Flybus Shuttle back to the airport, then board your flight home!
