Day 1. Welcome to Granada!

Get ready for sun and sand - you're in Nicaragua! Upon arrival at Augusto Sandino Airport, wave hello to your English-speaking guide, who will assist you with picking up your rental car. This is the perfect time to ask any questions and collect any documentation you may need such as phone numbers of your main contacts, itinerary information, etc.

All set? Get exploring! Take a scenic 45-minute drive to your first accommodation in Granada and spend the rest of the day getting to know the city. Take a lovely stroll through Central Park, Granada's main plaza, which is dominated by the colorful facade of the Cathedral of Granada. Check out the famous Convento San Francisco, then treat yourself to a tasty first night meal. Be sure to try buñuelos for dessert! Fried dough balls covered in cinnamon syrup? Yes, please.

Day 3. Granada - Playa Jiquelite, Tola Rivas

This morning, recharge with a yummy breakfast, then venture out on a beautiful 2-hour drive to Jiquelite Beach in Tola, Rivas. Upon arrival at your luxurious accommodation, settle in and then explore the grounds. Lounge on the beach with a refreshing drink in-hand, take a romantic coastline stroll, then watch the orangey-pink sunset over the picture-perfect seascape.
