Be sure to take a photo of the iconic Pyramide du Louvre, then relax in the stunning Jardin des Tuileries.
If you have time for another museum today, cross the Seine to the nearby Musée d'Orsay! This praised art museum holds 19th- and 20th-century European art collections in a historic former railway station.
Day 4. Paris
Enjoy breakfast, then treat yourself to a shopping day! After all, Paris is a fashion capital of the world.
Strut down the famed Champs-Elysees, lined with sites, shops, and restaurants. Make sure you stop at the postcard-worthy Arc de Triomphe! Then, head over to the Rue du Commerce or the Boulevard Saint Germain to keep exploring the posh streets of Paris. Once you shop til you drop, sip a glass of local wine at a nearby bistro.
Day 5. Paris - Rome
Touch down in Rome, then enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. Consider taking a stroll to the Trevi Fountain to see it illuminated come nightfall; throw a coin in and make a wish - legend has it that if your wish comes true, you will return to Rome one day.
