Welcome to Portugal! This 8-night adventure will take you through a number of cities and towns. Enjoy overnight stays in Lisbon, Tomar, Porto, Viseu, and Evora.     Discover Portugal with this 8-night vacation! Your journey begins with two nights in Lisbon. Here, you'll discover this magnificent city through a guided tour! Pay a visit to the Jeronimos Monastery. Optional excursions here include a visit to the royal palace of Queluz, or dinner at a local taverna with Fado-style entertainment!

    Continue on to Tomar! En route, explore the towns of Obidos and Nazaré. Visit the Church of Santa Maria Monastery in Alcobaça, and Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary in Fátima. Your journey continues on to Porto! Stop along the way in beautiful Coimbra, situated on a hill overlooking the Mondego River. Arrive in Porto for a two-night stay that includes a city tour and a port wine tasting!

    Next, you're off to Viseu. On the way, enjoy a visit to the Jewish Museum in Belmonte! You'll experience a local dinner here which will surely make for a memorable evening! Continue on to Evora, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site! You'll explore here during a walking tour. Your adventure concludes with one final night in Lisbon!

    Upon arrival, make your way to your hotel and check in! Enjoy a welcome dinner tonight with your travel director and new travel companions.

    Day 3. Lisbon - Tomar

    Today, you'll leave Lisbon and head for Tomar. En route, enjoy stops in Obidos, Nazaré, Alcobaça, and Fátima. Obidos and Nazaré are perfect medieval towns to explore. Visit the Church of Santa Maria Monastery in Alcobaça, followed by the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary in Fátima.

    After breakfast, enjoy the drive from Porto to Viseu. Stop in Guimaraes, also known as the "Cradle of Portugal," and discover this medieval center! Settle into your hotel in Viseu and enjoy a local dinner!
