Day 1. Welcome to New Orleans, Louisiana!
Once you've arrived in New Orleans and checked into your hotel, head out and join the party on the streets! Treat yourself to a delicious first-night meal in the French Quarter.
This legendary hotel is known for its Criollo restaurant, Carousel Bar, full service spa, and gift shop! Take a swim in the heated rooftop pool or work out at the fitness center. Rooms offer air conditioning, refrigerators, coffee machines, and a safe. Hotel Monteleone is located in the heart of the French Quarter, one of the top sightseeing spots in New Orleans. You’re just feet from the Old Absinthe House, the New Orleans Jazz Musuem, and Bourbon street. Stay in extreme comfort and old-city glam at Hotel Monteleone!
The Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery is a historic, boutique hotel located just three blocks from the iconic French Quarter of New Orleans. Guests can enjoy Tout La Coffee Bar and Restaurant Compere Lapin on site or venture out to explore some of New Orleans' most famous restaurants and bars. Attractions such as the Superdome and Audobon Aquarium are just a short walk from the hotel.

Rise and shine! Treat yourself to a hearty New Orleans breakfast, like eggs Benedict or some sweet beignets paired with a cafe au lait.
Today, get to know the French Quarter! From Bourbon Street to Royal Street and Decatur Street, the French Quarter is a pastel playground of food and fun. Watch street performers, try your first Hurricane cocktail, and dance your way from bar to bar!

Take this tour on your first day in town to find out the
places you must visit! You'll receive a
complimentary NATCHEZ Jazz Punch to start your evening. Additional drinks are
available for purchase along the tour route. Take a guided walk through the
French Quarter’s famous bars and restaurants and discover the famous “spirits”
of New Orleans. It's history… with a twist! From the Sazerac and Pimm's Cup to
the Ramos Gin Fizz and Absinthe - enjoy the original Craft Cocktails. You’ll enjoy a different view of New Orleans
through its history of fine dining and drinking. We’ll entertain you with
classic stories of the unique concoctions made famous here and the characters
that brought them to life. You’ll be shaken (not stirred) by the recipes of the
city’s most infamous cocktails along the way.
Day 3. New Orleans, Louisiana
Wake up smiling - you're in New Orleans! Today, head to the charming Garden District, famous for its historic mansions and lavish gardens. Stroll down tree-shaded streets and admire breathtaking Victorian homes! The main stretch is St. Charles Avenue, part of the Mardi Gras parade route! Head to nearby Magazine Street. Filled with boutiques, bars, antique shops, and outdoor cafes, this street will become one of your favorites.
This afternoon, you'll be treated to an included cooking class! Put on your apron and get ready to create some NOLA classics.
New Orleans School of Cooking 2:00PM Class
Welcome to the Fun, Food & Folklore of the New Orleans School of Cooking! Since 1980, we have introduced countless visitors from around the world to the wonderful food and rich culture of New Orleans and Louisiana as a whole. Our entertaining cooking classes and General Store are located in a renovated molasses warehouse built in the early 1800s in the heart of the French Quarter, 524 St. Louis Street.
We teach the basics of Louisiana Cooking in a way you’ll never forget. Fun is a primary ingredient in our kitchen! In our daily demonstration classes, participants are able to sit back and enjoy watching our skilled, entertaining chefs prepare a classic Cajun / Creole meal while learning about the vibrant history of New Orleans cuisine! Guests enjoy all the food items cooked, as well as Abita beer, water, iced tea, lemonade and coffee. The afternoon class, featuring three food items, is held every day from 2 pm - 4 pm.
Day 4. Depart New Orleans
It's time for the last dance in New Orleans. Pack your bags and begin your journey home.
