In some areas we stay in simple local guesthouses in stunning locations – rooms are small and basic, may be multi-share, and there may be shared toilet facilities and showers.

This is an escorted tour. It’s perfect if you prefer not to do your own driving and want to see as many sights as you can during your vacation. 

Leap into action on this adventure-packed journey through Thailand! You'll trek from Chiang Mai in the north, all the way to Krabi in the south. See lush jungles, majestic waterfalls, white sand beaches, sacred temples, colorful villages, and so much more! Hike through forests and rice paddies, cycle through UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and float through the turquoise waters of the Andaman islands. With transportation, meals, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, bike tours, and local experiences all included, this thrilling adventure will leave you with memories to last a lifetime.

Kick off your trip with a guided bike tour around Bangkok, and be sure to refuel with some sizzling street food! On your second day, you'll be transferred to Kanchanaburi via private vehicle. Once you arrive, you'll enjoy a cycling tour of the area and visit the magical crystal-blue waterfall in Erawan National Park! After spending on the night on a floating rafthouse on the River Kwai, you'll be transferred to Ayutthaya. Bike through this UNESCO World Heritage Site and feast your eyes on ancient wonders. Then, feel like a local on an overnight train trip to Chiang Mai! Once you arrive, you'll embark on a 3-day hilltribe trek. Explore fruit plantations and leafy jungles, soak in a steamy hot spring, experience local culture with village homestays, engage in local traditions, and sample native cuisine.

From Chiang Mai, you'll take a quick flight down to postcard-worthy Krabi. During your stay in Ao Nang, you'll hop on a traditional long tail boat and snorkel through the islands of Koh Hong and Koh La Ding! Enjoy a picnic lunch in paradise and lounge on jaw-dropping beaches. Next, you'll stay in the water as you spend half of Day 11 kayaking atop teal waters! Get your hands dirty during a Batik making class led by locals in Laem Sak, then paddle away with more kayaking as you glide through mangrove channels and pass ancient caves and local farms. 

After one last night aboard an overnight train to Bangkok, it'll sadly be the final day of your adventure. Do some more sightseeing in Bangkok, then get ready to show off your amazing photos back home!
