Day 1. Welcome to Key West!
Touch down in sunny Key West! Get settled into your hotel, then slather on some sunblock and go for a dip in your hotel's pool. Grab a drink at the Poolside Gumbo Limbo Tiki Bar, then indulge in some seafood delicacies that are your hotel's specialty. If you want some more adventure, rent a bike that's on site and go for a ride by the beach, or shoot some rounds at the adjacent golf-course.
Day 2. Key West
Beach day! The Smathers Beach is just about a five-minute drive from your hotel, hop on a shuttle or walk over! This sandy beach is known for its sparkling blue water and array of activities available. Dive under to snorkel with the fishes, go parasailing over the ocean, or simply lay back and relax while you listen to the gentle sounds of waves. Enjoy a quiet night in the hotel while treating yourself to an exquisite seafood meal.
You can also treat yourself to something extra special today by taking a sailing
boat or sunset cruise tour! On these delightful cruises you can enjoy
dolphin watching, fishing, bird watching, snorkeling, and more! End your night by indulging in exquisite seafood at your hotel's on-site restaurant.
Day 3. Key West
Today, venture through more of downtown Key West! Walk through Mallory Square, a waterfront plaza filled with street performers, art exhibits, and numerous locations to get divine views of the sunset. Literature fans will enjoy visiting the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, while history-buffs (and nature-lovers) will appreciate the Audubon House & Tropical Gardens. This stunning mansion was built in 1840 and now runs as a museum showcasing diverse period furniture, collections of hand-painted lithographs, and lush tropical gardens filled with orchids, bromeliads, and more.
You can also head to the Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center to witness animals and plants native to the Florida Keys. There are interactive exhibits, a mock underwater laboratory, and plenty of interesting wildlife to watch! Alternatively, visit the Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory where you want watch over 60 species of birds and 20 exotic bird species flying through the Conservatory.
Day 4. Depart Florida
Run outside for one last dip in the pool, today you leave Key West! Squeeze your souvenirs into your bag, head to the airport, and spend your flight reliving all of your amazing vacation memories.
