Warsaw carries a legacy which spans over 1,400 years. A metropolis which grew from a small group of villages into a major European capital, Warsaw has survived fires, plagues, and invasions. In its lifetime, the city has seen a plethora of historical events such as the election of Polish kings, Polish parliament meetings, and the Polish victory over the Bolsheviks during the Battle of Warsaw. Now a multicultural hub in Central Europe, Warsaw is proud of its heritage and eager to share it.
Every day of the week, you can find free entry to select museums in the city. Here’s a general schedule of which museums you can visit. As always, be sure to double check the museum websites in case of changes!
