Absolutely fabulous trip! Our driver Ram was a godsend & the best driver we could have hoped for. It was just us 2 girls & him for most of the trip driving around & to & from cities for hours at time & he made us feel very safe & comfortable. Ram was also super knowledgeable about all the things we saw driving around & all the questions we asked him. Ram took the time to get to know us & even provided us with special snacks & drinks we told him we liked when we had long drives between cities. He communicated with us when we would be stopping for bathroom breaks so we knew what to expect. The individual guides we had in each city were all very knowledgeable & had great personalities. Again, as 2 single girls in a foreign country, they made us feel very safe & comfortable. Having a phone number to call to reach the local office & person in charge of our trip gave us that little extra piece of mind. The local office called us from the minute we arrived & checked in with us pretty much every day to let us know what to expect the next day. They had someone meet us at our hotel along the whole trip & also when we departed, a person was sent to help us at the airport. We never felt alone or confused. We did have some criticisms on things that could be "tweeked" such as, the last hotel we stayed in, the Alivaa in Gurugram needs some work. The pool, spa & gym were all closed & there wasn't really anything to do around the hotel itself so we just hung out in a room the last day & a half because we didn't have a driver for that portion. Their rooms also need some work, as we had no handsoap, toliet paper & the shower flooded the bathroom. Our room had a balcony but there is no chairs or furniture on the balcony so you can't really sit out on it. The company may want to think about putting guest in a different hotel in that area in the future. The safari in Ranthambore was a little disappointing, but we totally understood tigers are wild animals & don't always cooperate. We would have liked to have had the option to visit the temple in the park for either the morning or afternoon safari instead of trying to find tigers for both the morning & afternoon safari. We also would have liked to have had the option, at our own expense, to ride an elephant at the Amber Fort while we were touring that, as we had plenty of time that day. The ethnic dinner at Spice Court said it was "included" on our itinerary, but we had to pay for our own meals & it was raining so we didn't get to see any dancing so we were unsure as to what was "included" on the schedule. We got permission in New Delhi to visit the Red Fort, at our own expense with the driver & guide, but the company may want to consider adding that to the itinerary as that is a major attraction there. These were just a couple things that we would have liked to have seen changed, but overall we had an awesome trip & would definitely recommend to others!
