Loved being able to relax and not worry about travel arrangements.

We love this trip and our guide tour, Claudia. She is terrific. Strongly suggest to take this Northern Italy: Lakes, Trains & French Riviera journey.

Second vacation with great value vacations! Definitely recommend them easy that they book the hotel and flights for you. We even decided to extend our stay and was easy to talk with the airlines to swatch out the flight ! Thank you can’t wait for my next trip

Air fare, hotel, transportation, taxes and fees all taken care of exactly as they were listed. One price and all the details were taken care of. Hotel was excellent. Five stars for this deal is definitely deserved.

Booking was simple and the package delivered exactly what was described. The company provided a portal with all of the necessary travel documents and everyone (airlines, car rental and hotels) pulled up our reservations without issue. The hotels were beautiful and looked exactly (or better) than they were portrayed in the pictures.

A great deal for a great trip. All the stars aligned and it worked out for timing and price. Customer service was responsive and provided everything we needed and answered any questions well in advance

We just got back from our trip to the Azores and we had a great time. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to experience the “Hawaii of Europe!” The trip takes you to 3 of the 9 Azore islands. Very beautiful lush scenery and crystal clear waters. Hot springs, lava tube tunnels, running with the bulls in Terceira, these beautiful islands have something for everyone!

The resort was really great, the transfer went well, we had a wonderful time at an unbeatable price.

The hotels were absolutely beautiful! The flights were a smooth ride the only problem we had was a delay for our flight to oahu so it wasted a whole day for us sitting at the airport. Everything for the price we paid was excellent. When I initially called to make the reservation, the rep wasn't very helpful and wanted to charge almost double for this trip. A friend we were going with had booked for this trip and called to speak with another rep that was more helpful and booked us on the same flights and hotels for the original price. The trip was overall amazing!

The trip was fully curated and seamless. All the day trips, which included transportation, were great and many included full lunches afterwards. The price was very affordable. We had a fully rounded experience of the country in 5 days.

Exceptional trip. Everything was smooth and organized. Hotels were great. This was our first time with Great Value Vacations but will not be our last. Great job!!!

We had a great trip, the hotel was wonderful and when we called to explore upgrades Great Value was so helpful and kind. We ended up not upgrading our hotel, which was fine becuase we ended up loving it - but we so appreciated how nice and helpful everyone at Great Value was.

The trip was very good. Loved the coffee tour and the Hotel Presidente in San Jose. The accommodations on La Fortuna was more on the level of a hostel. It was a ways outside of town. Had to Uber into town. Not a big deal but would have preferred to be able to walk into town. Volcano excursion was nice. The guide, Andrea, was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. The coffee tour was great. Ronnie our guide was knowledgeable and informative. The lunch at the coffee farm was delicious. The white water raft trip was great. Our guide was experienced and allowed us time to swim in the river. Our driver John was terrific. Provided Costa Rican history and information. The lunch at the rafting place was a traditional meal and it was delicious. Pick up at the airport was easy. Diego our driver was good. The reason I didn’t give the trip 5 stars is that we were told by the travel company rep that a trip to the hot springs and a dinner were included in our trip. She repeated it several times. We were told we weren’t going to the hot springs and dinner as we were on the first half of our excursion that we thought included it. The hot springs and dinner were even listed on the itinerary we received at the airport. Very disappointing as we would have scheduled a trip to the hot springs on our free day had we known sooner.

Everything was well planned, transportation was comfortable and punctual. The guided tours were interesting with great guides. Hotels were beautiful.

Great value, easy to book and exceeded our expectations

Everything was great except for the accommodations in Honolulu. The room needed to be renovated as did the hallway carpet. Didn't plan on spending much time in it or we would' ve complained. Flights were all great, as was the hotel in Maui. Price was great.

I trust this company and have experienced firsthand the value it provides. The Madrid-Barcelona offer is truly a value-focused, well-coordinated vacation, with the flight, hotel locations, and rail transportation all thoughtfully aligned: we had a smooth, efficient and wonderful travel experience!

This package to Ireland was a great deal. Every hotel we stayed in was top notch. We would definitely use Great Value Vacations again.

This was our first time using Great Value Vacations (after hearing great things about the company from friends of ours) and we will definitely be booking through the company again! Our entire trip to Ireland was seamless - each rental car location, hotel, and add-on excursion company was ready for us and the check-in at each location was so quick and simple. Several of the employees at the hotels and rental car location even remarked about how thorough and professional Great Value Vacations was, making it easy for them to check guests in. Additionally, all of the hotels and all of the add-on excursions were excellent, with friendly staff! It was important to us that we had our hotels and excursions booked in advance but also had the freedom and flexibility of a rental car, and we could not be happier with the package that Great Value Vacations provided for us. My wife and I are happy and impressed with the experience and definitely will be booking future travels with the company!

Fantastic vacation package at a great price! This was our first time to Italy and it was a perfect blend of structure and freedom for us. Everything functioned like clockwork. The hotels were very well located near attractions and in safe areas. They were all extremely nice, clean and accommodating. Breakfasts were wonderful. I couldn't have planned a better trip myself. We'll definitely use Great Value again!
