Day 1. Welcome to Kahului!

You've made it to Hawaii! Do you feel the spirit of aloha yet? Check into your stunning accommodations at the Maui Seaside Hotel, become acquainted with your comfortable room, and then head outside. If the sun's still shining, use the rest of today to recharge at the hotel's pool. Alternatively, just a short walk from the Maui Seaside Hotel is a gorgeous sandy beach, making for the perfect place to catch some sun and waves. Whether you want to simply lounge on a beach chair or get your adrenaline racing with some surfing, there are endless options of things to do at the beach in Maui. Enjoy!

Get ready to experience the true meaning of aloha when you stay at the Maui Seaside Hotel, located just a two minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach.  The hotel offers a prime location for guests to enjoy some of the best things to do in Maui, including Haleakala National Park, 'Iao Valley, and the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens. Additionally, the Kahului Airport is just about a 10-minute drive away.

At the hotel, guests can enjoy a pristine swimming pool, sundeck, lawn games, and spectacular views of the sea. The on-site restaurant, Tante's Island Cuisine, serves delicious Hawaiian cuisine all day. Each room at the Maui Seaside Hotel is comfortably decorated with everything a traveler needs, including free Wi-Fi, TV, air-conditioning, and mini-fridge.

Day 2. Kahului

Ready to head off the resort today? Near the hotel you'll find the 'Iao Valley State Monument, a 4,000-acre valley offering tons of hiking trails, sightseeing opportunities, and a nature center. While you're here, we recommend checking out the iconic 1,200-foot Iao Needle, a visually stunning green-covered rock. You may also want to visit Wailuku, a historically rich and important city. It's nestled right at the West Maui Mountains, and is known to be a gateway to the Iao Valley. It used to be a sacred spot for Hawaiian chiefs to be buried, and is now a bustling center with tons of art murals, antique shops, and cafés.

Tonight, indulge in a delicious Hawaiian meal like Kalua Pig or Poke, and then finish it off with Haupia – a classic gelatin-like dessert.

Day 3. Kahului

Let yourself sleep in a little extra today, then slather on some sunscreen and head outside! Perhaps you'd like to check out Ho’okipa Beach Park, one of the best places to windsurf in Maui. If you're not up for trying the sport, you can also simply lounge on the beach or enjoy spectacular views from the Ho’okipa Lookout. There are also Picnic Pavilions where guests can enjoy a picnic under the sun while watching surfers ride the waves.

If you're not feeling a beach day, consider hiking in Haleakala (the tallest peak in Maui), or play some golf at the 18-hole Maui Nui Golf Club
