Day 1. Welcome to Reykjavik!
Arrive at Keflavik International Airport in Reykjavik (KEF), and make your way outside of the arrival hall and look for the coaches marked “Flybus.” You have a Flybus Plus ticket, so upon presenting your voucher, you will be redirected to a smaller shuttle that will take you to your hotel. The remainder of your day is at leisure to enjoy the city!

Day 2. Reykjavik - Akureyri
After breakfast, make your way to Reykjavik Domestic Airport. Take a short flight to Akureyri, the capital of the north.
Located less than 30 miles from the Arctic Circle, Akureryri is a colorful, year-round walking city with a wide range of shops, restaurants, galleries and museums.

The warm geothermal swimming pool is just across the street and the center of Akureyri is only a short walk away. Day 3. Akureyri
Start your day with a fully-guided tour, to visit all the highlights that Lake Myvatn has to offer. You'll stop at the majestic Godafoss Waterfall on the way to Lake Myvatn. Enjoy visits to Skutustadagigar, Dimmuborgir, Leirhnjukur Volcano, and more. You'll experience warm underground rivers, boiling mud pools, lava pillars, and more!
End the tour at the picturesque Myvatn Nature Baths, a natural pool of serenity. Enjoy your visit to this bath of geothermal water that's nestled in the middle of lava fields, and take in beautiful views of Lake Myvatn.
Guided coach tour to Lake Myvatn with Myvatn Nature Baths
Experience all the highlights that Lake Myvatn has to offer! First visit Godafoss Waterfall on the way to Lake Myvatn. Continue to the pseudo-craters of Skutustadagigar and, from there, to the mystic Dimmuborgir (Dark Castles), a series of lava pillars and strange formations. You´ll stop at the warm underground river in Grjotagja rift and a pay a visit to the geothermal area of Hverir with boiling mud pools, steaming fumaroles and sulphur pits.
Next, at the Krafla volcano area, you'll drive past the
power station that harnesses pollution-free geothermal steam for the region.
Then you'll explore the explosion crater Viti that was formed in 1724 in the
Myvatnseldar eruption, and enjoy the view over Leirhnjukur Volcano.
End the tour at the calming Myvatn Nature Baths, a relaxing
visit to the completely natural pool of geothermal water situated in the middle
of lava fields with a great view over Lake Myvatn. Return to Akureyri in the
afternoon.
Day 4. Akureyri - Reykjavik
Today, you will have free time to explore Akureyri, before making your way back to the airport for your return flight to Reykjavik. Upon arrival, make your way back to your hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day on your own.
