Day 1. Welcome to Bogota!
Welcome to Bogota – Colombia’s city of art and cuisine. Transfer to the designated hotel, then enjoy an evening of exploring the city at your own pace. Consider strolling past some of the city’s must-sees, such as the Botanical Gardens or Plaza Bolívar.

Day 2. Bogota
Make the most of your time in Bogota by visiting at least two of the city’s most popular tourist attractions. Perhaps start off with the country’s largest art collection museum, the National Museum of Colombia. Admire the thousands of years of art held within the walls, all while learning a thing or two about Colombian history.
Another popular attraction in Bogota is Mount Monserrate, which is a labyrinth of churches, chapels, trees, shops, gardens, and more, Mount Monserrate is one of Colombia’s most unique areas to explore. Get to the top of the mountain via cable car or hiking to admire panoramic city views.
Day 3. Bogota - Cartagena
Board the flight over from Bogota to Cartagena, then spend a few hours relaxing at the designated hotel. Use the rest of the evening to soak in the coastal breezes inherent to Cartagena at Sibarita del Mar. The lovely boardwalk and pier is home to a few gorgeous pegasus statues, and the area really comes to life at night. Maybe you’ll even want to take a short boat trip with food and music included.

Day 4. Cartagena
Cartagena is perhaps one of Colombia’s most interesting cities thanks to its infrastructure and overall design. The city is surrounded by walls, originally intended to protect from foreign invasions. Experience the best of this Walled City with your included Cartagena city tour!
Cartagena city tour (half-day)
Cartagena has as many stories to tell as its streets in the old quarter has names, and today you will visit the highlights of “La Heroica” (the Heroic city – name gave to the Cartagena during the times of the Colony). Begin at the fortress of San Felipe de Barajas, a masterpiece of engineering and military strategy built by the Spaniards to defend the city from pirates and pillagers. Despite several attempts to storm it, the fortress was never taken.
Then continue walking around the walled colonial city where narrow streets and vine-draped balconies will take you back in time. End your tour with a visit to the Convent of San Pedro Claver, a monumental three-story building that is considered one of the jewels of the Spanish colonial architecture.
Day 5. Cartagena
Cartagena’s close proximity to the ocean makes it ideal for spending some time at the beach. Spend the day at Bocagrande to get a feel of the local beach life and enjoy some down-to-earth fun. If you’re looking for the best beach in Cartagena, take the one hour drive south to find Playa Blanca. Don't forget to enjoy your included rum tasting!
Cartagena Rum Tasting
Get ready to rum-ble! Around 4:30 PM, you will be transferred from your hotel to Arsenal Bar. Located in the Getsemani neighborhood, in front of the Convention Center. The Arsenal seduces costumers with its lounge atmosphere, crafted cocktails, and great variety of first-class rums. Their cocktail bar and menu was created by its owner and host Dau Abraham, known to be an excellent chef, awarded among the winners of Colombian bartending and expert in rum tasting. The tasting begins with a mini welcome cocktail, followed by a mixture of Colombian rum, aguardiente and rum infusions; some paired with different kinds of Colombian chocolate. The visitors will taste rum for shooting, sipping and mixing into cocktails, ranging in age from 4 - 27 years. This tour invites you to participate and understand the history of rum and its distilling process while enjoying a few light bites from Chef Dau's menu.
Day 6. Depart Cartagena
You unforgettable multi city vacation in Colombia has sadly come to an end. Have one last breakfast at the hotel before taking a transfer to the airport and boarding your flight home.
